Florian Spatz Chief Executive Officer

Florian Spatz, born on 15 March 1990 in Santiago de Chile, Chile, nationality german, is one of the Managing Directors of elumeo SE. He is responsible for overseeing and developing the group's sales activities.

Previously, Florian Spatz was responsible for the group's online sales as Head of eCommerce. Under his direction, the contribution of elumeo’s webshops to the group's earnings increased significantly.

From 2014 to 2018, Florian Spatz coordinated various projects in the areas of sales, eCommerce, and market research as Business Development Manager. Prior to this, he gained professional experience at Deutsche Bahn AG in the department of strategy and regulation management.

In 2014, Florian Spatz graduated from Sciences Po Paris and the Free University of Berlin with a Franco-German dual master's degree. During his studies, Florian Spatz worked as a producer for Juwelo Deutschland GmbH and was involved in building up sales activities in the Italian market. For his entrepreneurial achievements at Juwelo, he was awarded the “Deutschlandstipendium” by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

Boris Kirn Chief Operating Officer

Boris Kirn, born 13 October 1969 in Sindelfingen, Germany, nationality german, is one of the Managing Directors of the elumeo SE and co-founder of Juwelo Deutschland GmbH. He is in charge of developing processes and systems, in addition to overseeing the area of ecommerce and the international expansion of the company.

Previously Boris Kirn was co-founder and one of the Managing Directors of bietbox GmbH (subsequently known as Gems TV Deutschland GmbH, both in Berlin) from 2005 to 2008. In addition, since the year 2000 Boris Kirn has been a Board member and, since 2001, Managing Director of the German online and TV platform K1010 (known up until 2001 as K1010 AG, subsequently K1010 Entertainment GmbH and later K1010 Media GmbH, all based in Berlin).

From 1994 to 2000, Boris Kirn worked for Hewlett-Packard as a consultant in Business Process Optimisation and as a project manager for Knowledge Management in Mountain View, California/USA. Boris Kirn studied European Business Administration from 1990 to 1994 at ESB Reutlingen/London, graduating with a double degree (BA (Hons.) and Dipl.-Betriebswirt) before completing his MBA in 1997 at Cambridge University.

Dr. Riad Nourallah Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Riad Nourallah, born 21 March 1981 in Simferopol, Ukraine, nationality german and russian, is one of the Managing Directs of elumeo SE.

Dr. Riad Nourallah has already been working as Head of Controlling & Business Intelligence of elumeo SE within 2018 and 2019. After first professional experiences at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Dr.Nourallah worked in the controlling department of Tchibo Group in Hamburg and Moscow, last as Head of Shop in Shop Analytics.

Dr. Riad Nourallah studied Economics at Freie Universität Berlin while he was scholarship holder of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung from 2001 to 2005. In 2011 he completed his doctorate at the European University Viadrina and the Kazan Federal University and was a scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service.
